Breakfast at London Dairy Bistro (Trade Centre)

I had been wanting to go here since its opening last year. So, a couple of days back, when I was in the area, I dropped in for a quick coffee and nibble. I was welcomed warmly by one of the staffs. I chose to be seated upstairs as it was fairly packed downstairs. The ambiance is quite nice and the seating was comfortable. They were still serving breakfast when I visited and I was tempted by their breakfast menu. The service was quick and the staff was courteous and polite.

What I ordered

Mocha – I loved it. It was perfectly sweet and ‘chocolaty’ and the right size too.

Avocado Toast – I didn’t want anything heavy so decided to order Avocado on toast. This was topped with avocado, salad leaves, tomatoes and lime juice. It was light, felt healthy and tasted really good.

I got tempted to order something sweet and went for the brownie. I usually really like rich chocolate brownies but I thought this one was a bit too buttery and very heavy. I’m not sure how to explain it but it didn’t quite feel right.

I had a good, relaxing breakfast and would like to visit again to try out more from the menu and from their bakery.
