Visiting Paris had always been a dream, so even just planning the trip felt surreal. And to top it off, we found an apartment on airbnb which had an amazing view of the Eiffel tower. I would start my day looking at the Eiffel tower and go to bed looking at the tower, beautifully lit up – it was perfect!
We took on the city equipped with the Metro map app on our phone and a list of things I HAD to do while we were there.
Apart from visiting the tourist places and ofcourse stuffing ourselves with a lot of yummy food, we walked around quite a bit clicking pictures and getting a feel of the city. Here are a few out of some 500 or so pictures I clicked 🙂
I clicked this from the bed, the first thing I saw when I opened my eyes every morning 🙂 |

I couldn’t make up my mind between Ladurée and Pierre Hermé. But then the flavours at Pierre Hermé excited me more. |
Every night we got off one station before ours and walked along the Seine,Â

What a fabulous holiday this has been! Should definitely hop across the channel more often.
Au revoir, mes amis!
